Villa number 40 is of the ‘Gers II’ type and is tastefully decorated.

It has all the facilities for a comfortable stay: The large living room has a separate sitting and dining area and is comfortably furnished. On both sides of the living room are doors that give access to the 2 terraces.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker (and Senseo), refrigerator with separate freezer, four ceramic hobs, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The storage room has its own washing machine and dryer.

The villa also has radio, CD player, DVD player and television with satellite reception from Dutch channels and own wireless internet (fiberglass).

The ground floor has underfloor heating; the heating of the bedrooms can be regulated per room. There are three double bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds; one bedroom is on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The luxurious bathroom with bubble bath, shower and toilet, as well as separate 2nd toilet, complete the villa into a very pleasant holiday. The beds are already made for you on arrival !

The house is surrounded by a large garden (approx. 730 m2) with two terraces and stone barbecue. The garden is completely fenced, so no worry about children or dogs running away. Open all year round. Suitable for up to 6 people.
